Isolation Vs. Quarantine
These past few months we have probably used the terms isolation and quarantine more than any other time. Many people are still unclear on what the different terms are and how they are similar and different.
So what is the difference between isolation and quarantine?
Isolation separates sick people that are contagious from those not sick. Quarantine separates and restricts the movement of people exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick.
