We will come out for FREE, really truly free. Walkthrough the property with you or a facilities manager. We identify where utility shut-offs are, how access is granted and other important information needed to quickly assist with damages in the property. We then create a report that outlines the utilities, including the photos of where they are, directions on how to find them, account information and who to call at each company.
